Champagne Balloon Flights

In 1783 the first manned balloon flight was made by Pilatre de Rozier at Versailles, France. In true French style, they celebrated the first manned balloon flight with a glass of champagne. It seems to us that there are some traditions definitely worth preserving and, at Ballooning Network, we offer all our passengers a complimentary glass of champagne (or orange juice) to round off another wonderful flight and successful landing. But we also believe that the whole ballooning experience is something worth celebrating, from the moment we gather with friends or colleagues at the start, until leaving with new ones at the finish.
